Negotiating the Sale
The negotiating process is critical element of selling your property. It can be a very emotional experience for everyone involved. After all, our homes are very meaningful to each of us. With our experience and knowledge of this process, we can best represent your interests when offers to buy your home are presented. To this end, we will:
- Help you obtain the best possible price and terms
- Advise you about recent sales, current financing programs, activity reports on other homes for sale in your neighborhood, and comments from other brokers
- Control the negotiating process with other agents and potential buyers
- Present all offers to you personally
- Review every item in the contract so you understand exactly what the buyers are offering and requesting
- Review all presented contracts and documents with our sales manager to further protect your interests
- Make sure that all parties are being treated honestly, fairly and courteously
